Gunnar told Kent and me when he was three that he wanted to play the violin. This was no passing fancy either. Three years later he had the oportunity to take lessons for one school year. The family situation being what it has been this year, he wasn't able to promise consistency in attendance, so he has been practicing on his own with me as his coach.
Just this week he has found new inspiration through a youtube video of David Garret
Keep practicing, Gunnar. It's always work before it becomes play. And it is worth the work.
