The age of dreams

Reagan has reached that age when he has vivid dreams and wakes up nearly every night from some fright. He had one some time back about a "bad bar" that kept him frightened for days. We still haven't figured it out except that while trick-or-treating we passed a blow-up lawn decoration of a hunchback that Reagan called a "bad bar." He freaked when Kent shook it's hand to show it wasn't real.
Let's see, this past month he has awakened frightened of dogs in his bed. Last night it was a frog. The other night about 4:00 he screamed that Gunnar needed help at the playground. We found out in the morning that Gunnar was being bitten by a dragon. Later that same night we needed to rescue Elijah because Maggie was shoving him under the fridge. Don't know where that one came from!
I remember that Gunnar went through this stage too. His dreams had to do with some injustice perpetrated by Davis. Gunn's dreams were so real to him that he would be angry at Davis for three days afterwards.

Poor little guy. I am so sorry about that. At least it's just a phase right?
